KBC Vrchat Playing Card System

A card system that has be sought after by many communities is finally here!

Now exist in a few clubs/worlds like Yitties, Goon Squad, D-Gen, House Party, and many others.

These cards are custom coded, modeled, and textured. The cards also come with the photoshop file to swap out back face or make your own custom skin for the cards.

This playing card system has several features including:

1. The feature to lock out the cards for non dealers.
2. The feature to hide the cards while the cards are being held.
3. The feature to switch between a 1, 2, 4, and 6 deck option for when you have a large number of players in the world. (Infinite Deck is not a real thing)
4. 4/2/25 NEW! The feature to toggle between showing how many cards are left in the deck or keeping the deck the same size until it runs out of cards.
5. The feature to unlock the settings even if the dealer crashes or leaves with the settings locked (no need to find the master of the world to unlock just request access and if no dealers present then it will unlock the settings).
6. The feature to discard cards with the bottom of the deck while holding the trigger/click when the deck of cards is in hand (this feature can be toggled).
7. The feature to list all users that currently have dealer on.
8. 4/2/25 NEW! Jokers can now be added to any size deck that you choose. Want a single deck with 12 jokers go ahead want a 6 deck with a single joker you can do that too. Max of 12 jokers (for now)

Setup instructions:

1. If you haven't already done so install the latest version of the VRC World SDK through the VRC Creator companion.
2. Import the playing card package into your project.
3. Drag and drop the playing card prefab into your scene.
4. Place a thick collider that matches the table the playing cards will be placed on.

   

5. Put the collider on the pickup layer.

   

6. Place another collider on the floor so cards can collide with the floor.

   

7. Place the setting UI somewhere in the scene.

   

8. If you have a pin system or whitelist system for access to card system after a dealer has locked the settings toggle the DealerLock.

   

Terms of use:

You CAN include this asset with any of your worlds, if you will be uploading them yourself.
You CANNOT share this asset with others this includes uploading worlds on other people's accounts, if they want to upload it to their worlds they can buy it.
You CAN include this asset inside of your commission/prefab world (ie. On gumroad) if you buy the "Distributable version" instead of the "Standard version". (DISTRIBUTABLE VERSION NO LONGER FOR SALE)
You HAVE to keep the attribution on the bottom of the deck.
You HAVE to keep the attribution on the settings panel.

Standard Version:
Uploaded to worlds that will be uploaded to your own account.

Distributable Version (NO LONGER FOR SALE):
You can package this with worlds that are being sold by you. NOTE: Your terms of service needs to include this "No files from included project can be taken out and used on other projects."
